Terms & Conditions at the Time of Stay

• Proof of identification such as Photo PAN Card / Voter Identity Card / Passport / Bank Pass Book with attested Customer Photograph & Signature / Driving License is required by all guests over the age of 18 Years.
• Check-In Time: 12 PM Onwards and Check-Out Time: 10 AM
• No changes regarding staying dates, room type may be made but you are entitled to cancel the booking and make a new booking with us.
• Booking Order Receipt (In the form of Print / Mail / PDF) is mandatory.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel the confirmed booking, services and products due to unavailability and return any deposit made in advance.
• The hotel reserves the right to charge an amount of any damage that happen in your room or for any thing that is being misplaced in your room during your stay.
• Cancellation Policies : Cancellation of reservation prior to Check-In will result in a charge with taxes equal to the first night's stay per room / services you had choose for your stay. In case of no information of cancellation or show before Check-Out time after the first night of stay will consider the cancellation of the remainder of reservation.
